CHRIS RIDYARD
A Barnsley man and supporter, having first attended Oakwell at 5-years-old, with his Dad, Chris Ridyard now works at his beloved club.
He has spent a large part of his career working with - and supporting - young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This has included leading departments within a variety of educational settings and Youth Justice.
Prior to his current job, Chris had volunteered in numerous roles at Barnsley FC, and has also helped in supporting the development of many Barnsley FC Academy players, off the field.
Chris took on a full time position with Barnsley FC during the summer of 2023 in a dual role, as Match Operations & Player Liaison Coordinator.
